Great feedback on our GF range from last week: "Tasty", "Crispy", "Crunchy" were some of the words used. One customer had not had a GF Schnitzel in over 15 years...! Thankyou for trusting us..!!

I have been Taste Testing the Seafood Extender. I have had it on a crunchy bread roll (+ mayo & lettuce) and in a salad with dressing.
It is firm and tasty. I love a good fresh seafood salad not one of those scary ones that looks like it's been in a deli window for a week or two! This comes in a 1kg bag frozen. It is a solid block but it defrosted easily. I do not believe you would need to use it in one go, so if you have multiple days to prep for this is your go-to easy yet classy salad + celery + dressing = You can make it in advance!

Get yourself some tasty Barra for Christmas Eve, pack includes:

The last 2 days I have had the "very hard job" of TASTE TESTING the Seafood Extender. I have had it on a crunchy bread roll (+ mayo & lettuce) and in a salad with dressing. Verdict = It's in the pack...!
It is firm and tasty. I love a good fresh seafood salad not one of those scary ones that looks like it's been in a deli window for a week or two! This comes in a 1kg bag frozen. It is a solid block but it defrosted easily. I do not believe you would need to use it in one go, so if you have multiple days to prep for this is your go-to easy yet classy salad + celery + dressing = You can make it in advance!
