We are not a common accommodation provider - our boutique accommodation is available dependent on our schedule. In addition to our accommodation, we offer two unique experiences. Shiba Stay & Play and Biking The Bland tours. We have 2 Queen rooms (1 self-contained with own bathroom & kitchenette) & a King Single room. The second Queen room & King Single rooms share a bathroom inside the main house

(and we have our own bathroom so are not using this one). Access to our kitchen is available & we can also offer a fully catered option for additional cost. For Biking The Bland tours, we can only accommodate small groups. If you are a large group seeking accommodation, we can assist you with other options. Your bikes are able to be securely locked up overnight.

After an extended break, Kortmar Manor is open for boutique accommodation bookings once again.

You can find us at 15 Queen Street Barmedman NSW 2668.

During 2023, Trevor & Julie will be hosting guests while Lyne & Simon explore Australia in their Winnebago!

Our Guest Suite (Queen bed, own kitchenette & bathroom) is available for $120 per night (up to 2 persons) with 10% discount for weekly stays - happy to chat about a price for longer stays.

There is also a 2nd Queen room available (extra cost) for extra guests on the same booking but note that all guests are expected the share the bathroom & kitchenette in the Guest Suite unless arranged otherwise.

You can book direct on 0447 467 907 (Lyne) or 0413 347 523 (Julie) or via email [email protected] or book via Airbnb (note that additional costs are payable when booking via Airbnb).
Payment for direct bookings is welcome by credit card in person or over the phone, bank transfer or cash.

Well behaved pets (up to 2) are welcome but please check first. Pets will need to be vaccinated & controlled & you are expected to clean up after your pet.
