Earlier in the year, I sponsored the
Malua Bay Fishing Club Snapper Classic, donating a charter to the raffle. I'm happy to say it was won by committee member Kim Biddlestone. Well, finally we got out on the water with Kim and a motly crew from MBFC. KIM got her first ever Snapper, Ling and a few Nanny's. As you can see we had glamour conditions and the fish didn't disappoint! Such a fun day out with a fabulous crew. Cheers Dave

Got out today with the guys from Ductrite, who were down for their Christmas Party. Barz Open Fishing Charters - Batemans Bay teamed up with Game On Charters Batemans Bay, to get the boys on the water. With a few sore heads from the night before, burley wasn't an issue. A top bunch of guys, fishing in a lumpy sea, toughing it out. A great time had by all!

Some nice fish today in trying conditions, a fair swell and just coming off the full moon makes it tough.

However, the Cowra girls kicked butt with some nice Snapper to 65cm and a feed of Nannygai. We were even lucky enough to spy a few whales, dolphins and a curious seal!Great to meet you Caroline, really enjoyed the day with Emma, Caitlin and yourself. Cheers Dave

This morning I had the pleasure of hosting a great group of teenagers from Bay Soldiers Club Fishing Club. Spent the morning terrorising the bonito and kingy population off Durras. Moved out onto the deeper reefs and scored some cracking nannygai and snapper to add to the Club's board. Well done guys, it was a great day fishing with you.
