We're excited to share a sneak peek of a new project we're working on! Currently in the design phase, we've just sent our client a basic layout and mood board pictured to kick off the creative process.

Our approach to this project involves a detailed design process that starts with understanding the client’s vision and requirements. The Design team have helped develop a basic layout to ensure optimal flow and functionality and created a mood board to capture the aesthetic and emotional tone of the space.

We’re excited to see Pier 33’s transformation featured in the Sunshine Coast Daily!

We had the pleasure of being part of this iconic venue’s $500k makeover, supplying and installing a new curved reception desk, complete with timber battens, gold panelling, and a marble top.

We can’t wait to watch this legendary yacht club evolve into a major dining, events, and entertainment destination under the vision of its new owners. 🤩

New Project Alert 🚨

If you're a Moreton Bay local, then you've probably visited the Moreton Bay Boat Club. Established in 1963, it's one of the oldest and most successful boating clubs in the Brisbane area. Well, the club as you know it is getting a huge face lift!

We were engaged directly by the club last year to provide the design works, and new we're excited to announce that we have been awarded the full fitout package, including joinery manufacture and install.

This transformaton will include a new main bar, bistro bar, gaming room, reception area as well as a new sports bar and lounge area.

The team are on site, and demolition works are well underway. Check out the 3D rendered walkthrough that our design team created, for a glimpse of the finished product. Stay tuned for more updates! ⚓️🛥

Did you see Tom & Sami Todd and Sami from 92.7FM paid a visit to the Bli Bli Hotel and couldn't resist checking out the stunning Cherry Blossom Tree (or the Beer-y Blossom Tree, as they call it!). 🍻🌸

In their video, you'll get an exclusive tour of the full entrance, bistro area, bar, sports bar, outside bar and deck, and even a sneaky shot of the man himself, Scott Armstrong, owner of Maeva Hospitality.

Check out Peking Duk bringing the heat 🔥 to Sunny Coast's icon, The Big Pineapple!

The duo filmed their DJ live stream right in front of the freshly painted Big Pineapple, and on the new timber deck we built as part of the Stage 1 restoration works. From the “Fire” beats to the “High” energy, this event is one for the books!

We're so happy to see this landmark transformed into a lively venue for a new generation to create unforgettable memories. 😄 🍍🎶

Market Bistro: We had the pleasure of manufacturing and installing joinery, creating the stylish and contemporary bistro vibe Market Bistro is known for. Enjoy their evolving wine list and top-tier dishes in a space designed for pure indulgence.

RB Dining: We managed the entire fitout and crafted bespoke joinery for this modern-Asian fine dining restaurant. Inspired by the success of Riceboi, RB Dining brings you elevated flavors in a moody, sophisticated setting.

Rice Boi: Our first project of many with the one and only Tony Kelly, we delivered the full design, construct, and fitout package for this beloved spot back in 2017. Channeling the essence of a Japanese Izakaya dive bar, Rice Boi serves up modern Asian street-style food in a unique riverside area.

Giddy Geisha: Our full design and fitout bring the funky, urban vibe to life at Giddy Geisha. Enjoy street food and Asian dishes in a space that's as vibrant and exciting as the menu.

Bocca Italian: We handled everything from design to fitout, constructing a beautiful beachside Italian restaurant. With a sleek fit-out and a focus on fresh produce, Bocca Italian offers an unforgettable dining experience. Step inside and take a look at the new Rumba Resort reception area 👀💥

We're excited to share the final photos of our completed project at the iconic Rumba Resort in Caloundra!

Farrago was engaged to deliver the 'Completed F'd Package,' providing a seamless experience of construction, project management, and manufacturing and installation.

Diving straight into work, we completely refurbished the reception, bar, and waiting room areas. Our team handled everything from the custom curved reception desk and stone cladding to new carpet, paint, ceilings, bulkheads, walls, architraves, floors, security doors, upgraded seating planters, a stunning green wall, glazed walls, and reception storage. We transformed the entire space!

We're excited to share an update on our ongoing project at
Wharf Events Mooloolaba, a new venue located in the bustling Mooloolaba Precinct, The Wharf.

From the initial demo through to the final touches, our team have been all hands-on deck bringing this project to life. Our Project Manager has been coordinating all aspects of the project across various trades, while our site team has been making progress on the fitout process, and our manufacturing team has crafted custom joinery, enhancing the venue with bespoke elements, and space-saving solutions. 🔨

Back in 2017, we had the pleasure of working on The Dock at Mooloolaba Wharf, a 500 square metre restaurant and bar by the river. Last year, we returned to breathe new life into their garden bar area, enhancing the vibe of this relaxed, family-friendly spot.

We've been keeping a juicy secret!

We’ve just completed a vibrant restoration of one of Queensland's treasures – The Big Pineapple! 🍍✨

Our skilled team was engaged for Stage 1 of the project, where we carried out restoration works to the iconic pineapple, built a fresh new deck, updated the cafe entrance, and manufactured and installed stylish seating. We've truly squeezed extra zest into this beloved spot!

Our experts in cabinet making, construction (and now landscaping) have infused their craftsmanship to elevate the charm of this classic landmark.

We're thrilled to announce a major win for Maeva Hospitality at the QLD Hotels Awards for Excellence last night in Brisbane! 🏆🎉

A big congratulations to Bli Bli Hotel for sweeping multiple awards including Hotel of the Year Metropolitan, Best Bistro Metropolitan, and Best TAB Licensed Venue! 🌟 Farrago provided the full design, construct, and fitout package for this standout venue.

We're also celebrating Deery's Restaurant at The Story Bridge, another collaboration with Maeva Hospitality, which won the title of Best Hotel Restaurant Metropolitan! 🍽️

Our partnership extends to several other venues including Parklands Tavern, Cellarbrations Birtinya, The Bottle-O Bli Bli, and Brightwater Hotel, all of which were finalists in various categories. 🎉

Tucked away in Maroochydore, this Thai gem has undergone a de-fit and refurb by the Farrago team.

Faced with a tight budget and a compact space, we embraced the challenge with strategic design solutions. By opening up the roof and incorporating vibrant color schemes, we've expanded the feel of this intimate 24-seat venue, making it more spacious and welcoming.

Inspired by the traditional khao gaeng shops of Thailand, Samila Gaeng offers a truly authentic experience.

Visit to experience the new inviting space and explore the menu, where each dish brings a piece of Thailand to the Sunshine Coast.

Transforming Springlake Hotel 🍺🍴

From the beginning, we joined forces with Aus Venue Co, who we've been lucky enough to collaborate with on several successful projects so far. Our design team was excited to develop a fresh, innovative design concept for the significant refurbishment of the Springlake Hotel. Our partnership continued as Kingston brought engaged us to manufacture and install the key joinery items that have truly brough this project to life.

We manufactured and installed more than 19 joinery pieces, enhancing the venue with stylish banquette seating, a refreshed lounge area, eye-catching fireplace cladding, versatile planters, waiter stations, and shelving that marries functionality with design flair.

The design of Springlake Hotel, blends natural wood with lively orange accents, framed by brown leather banquettes and tan armchairs to evoke a mid-century modern charm. This comprehensive renovation meets every visitor's needs, offering live entertainment, casual dining, and sports viewing within a welcoming setting.

We take great pride in contributing to such a dynamic and beloved community gem! Great work team 👏

Dive into the heart of the Sunshine Coast with a closer look at the Bli Bli Hotel.

From the initial concept through to the final touches of completion, we've poured our expertise into every aspect of design, construction, and custom interior solutions. This includes eye-catching features like the iconic curved bar that truly embodies the venue’s character.

Spanning across three meticulously designed levels, the hotel is a blend of Mediterranean charm and the rugged beauty of the Australian bush.

The bistro area itself boasts high ceilings, earthy terracotta and sage tones, and unique hand-printed wallpaper inspired by the Australian bush, creating an inviting atmosphere. Design details throughout pay homage to this theme, notably the striking four-meter pink blossom tree that stands beside a private function area designed for memorable gatherings. There is also a gaming lounge and bar, a child-friendly area near the bistro, a sports bar, and an impressive rooftop terrace.

Our partnership with Maeva Hospitality on other projects like Baringa Tavern and Parklands Tavern, has been enriching, yet the Bli Bli Hotel, with its three dynamic levels, presented a unique set of challenges that were both demanding and immensely fulfilling. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Scott Armstrong and his team for entrusting us with this monumental project.

Bli Bli hotel shines as a standout gem in the Sunshine Coast's dining scene, and is an experience not to be missed by locals and visitors.

Your Role will Involve:
👉🏻 Manufacturing and installing high-quality cabinetry.
👉🏻 Interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
👉🏻 Using a variety of hand and power tools to create and fit custom joinery.
👉🏻 Working under direction from the Site Foreman, and/or Factory Foreman

September last year, we completed a design and interior fitout including a Golden Casket upgrade, for Grafton News.

Not only did we need to create a space that meets the modern needs of a busy newsagency, but also enhances the shopping experience for every visitor.

Stage 4 at Ozcare Hervey Bay 🔨

In collaboration with Woollams Constructions, the Farrago team is back on-site delivering stage 4 works at Ozcare Hervey Bay, a retirement facility in the heart of Hervey Bay.

We've also completed stages 1 - 3, manufacturing and installing stylish and functional joinery to the apartments including kitchens, laundries, linen cupboards, robe internals and walk-in robes.

Our craftsmanship also shines in the Community Centre, where we've skillfully installed joinery that includes a warm reception area, a café counter, an eye-catching bar, contemporary kitchens, a cinematic entry bulkhead, and a cozy library space.
