Our group from the Riverland hit Japan a few days ago and have been having a wonderful time. First stop was Tokyo for 3 days and now we are in Hakone to visit Mt Fuji.

The tour of Morocco continues. After crossing the Mid Atlas Mountains with the cedar forests and apes, we head to the Sahara. Helloroo enjoyed the camel ride to the desert camp as we watched the sun go down. The contrast in landscapes is amazing. From gorges, an oasis and the valley of roses the scenery has been amazing. Today we crossed the High Atlas moutains as we head to Marrakesh.

The half way mark of my On The Go Tours - Magical Morocco itinerary. Starting in Casablanca before heading to the capital of Rabat. From here is was to the amazing Blue City of Chefchaouen. The colour here is absolutely stunning. A day trip to the Talassemtane national park was something I didn’t expect to see in Morocco. Tonight we are in Fes with the insane Medina that you could easily get lost in, lucky for us we have a guide to help us through. Next stop is the Atlas Mountains.

For the last 2 weeks I (Josie) have eaten my way around Morocco 🇲🇦 on Intrepid’s - Moroccan Real Food Adventure. It has been a wonderful journey filled with many highlights: smells, sunsets, sand, donkeys, camels and so much more. Intrepid’s trips have a maximum of 16 on tour we were lucky and had only 7 in our group. Travelling and getting to know like-minded travellers who enjoy this type of cultural travel is always a great experience. We have many other companies that go to Morocco and cater for all styles of travel - so if you are thinking about this destination do yourself a favour. It felt very safe at all times and the guides are wonderful and very helpful.
