2 bedroom FSC holiday home with single lock up garage & car space, short walk to Berridale CBD, in a quiet street
accommodates 5 guests only

Laundry with family sized washing machine, dryer & tub ( washing detergent supplied)

Kitchen with everything for the mini master chef with full sized upright oven/stove & fridge/freezer, microwave, plenty of electrical appliances to

cook up a great dinner, pod coffee machine,
timber table &dining seats 6 guests
Lounge - 2 x 2 double sofas to watch the large screen tv or dvds & or listen to music on the CD/ipod

upstairs
2 bedrooms
a queen bed in the main & a bunk combo double/ single in the other, all beds are made with fresh clean linen & a clean towel supplied per guest both have built in wardrobes with hangers

a bathroom with shower, loo & wash basin

outside upstairs is our tiled bbq/dining area with gas bbq & dining for 4 only

We are up & back in business as an airbnb until the end of September

We are booked out for 4 weeks with a few days in between each long stay to allow for proper cleaning

We are Booked out this week, July school holidays & last week of July

Our home is fully self contained
Kitchen is stocked with all the necessary equipment-

All beds with winter linen, electric blankets, doonas & plenty of pillows
Built In wardrobes with hangers

Conditioner
