Melanie worked for Australia Property Leader - Lendlease for over 11 years gaining a large amount of experience in many different areas of business. Commencing her career within shopping centre management, she moved her way up the corporate ladder taking on many roles across the Property Management, Investment Management & Building businesses. She has a wide skill set including general administration, accounts, business cash flow & forecasting, requirements gathering and assessing IT products to best suit business needs, data migration between IT systems, streamlining process & procedures, training users on IT systems and business process, business analysis & Project Management and people management. During her career she built a passion to provide pathways to help businesses and people work smarter not harder, and is always looking for ways people can improve business. Making a move away from the corporate world in 2016, Melanie has started working with local small businesses in her home town Bondi Beach establishing her own company Adapt Business Solutions.
