Easter can be a very tough time of the year for some to navigate their diet.
Maybe you have just kickstarted your health journey and your worried that all the temptations of Easter are going to throw you?
Or maybe you have certain food sensitivities and can’t eat the ‘typical’ Easter food that everyone else is eating?
Well we have a few suggestions for you…
Find HEALTHY SWAPS that you can eat. Get in the kitchen and have a bit of fun creating food that you and your body will enjoy.
Make sure you’re eating QUALITY MEALS throughout the day to control your blood sugar levels to avoid a blood sugar drop leaving you with a nasty sugar CRAVING.
Get plenty of sleep. Without SLEEP, we feel tired and sluggish and look for sugar and carbs to lift our energy.
Find enjoyment in all the other fun things about Easter, not just food. Enjoy your FAMILY and FRIENDS, time away and the true meaning of Easter.
And lastly, go easy on yourself. Don’t feel like you have to be a green juice princess over Easter. ENJOY A TREAT, but use these tips to try your best not to over-indulge.
