The end of the year is fast approaching and we have our final fundraiser with our Christmas Raffle.

Tickets are $2 each or 3 for $5, with great prizes up for grabs.
We will be selling tickets some mornings and afternoons at the school, the Community Street Party and various pop up stalls (keep a look out for these locations and times).
Winners will be drawn at the QBSS presentation evening on 5th December.

If you would like to help support by selling tickets at your business send us a message and we will organise a bundle of tickets to be dropped off.

How exciting launching in December!

Today Gilmour Space Technologies CEO Adam Gilmour hosted board members from the Greater Whitsunday Council of Mayors, Mayor Julie Hall from Whitsunday Regional Council, Mayor Anne Baker from Isaac Regional Council and CEO Scott Owen from Mackay Regional Council.

The trio visited the Bowen Orbital Spaceport for a look behind the curtain as the Gilmour Space Team enter the final stretch.

As they work towards their launch in December, Gilmour Space engineers and technicians are finishing off the launch site, installing the rocket fuelling systems and support infrastructure.

Adam Gilmour sent a shout out to all the Greater Whitsunday Businesses supporting the Spaceport build saying the exciting and groundbreaking project wouldn’t be possible without their support.

This is really happening in Australia!! And from Bowen!!
