Our Story
Bespoke Holiday House originally started its build in 1941 as a family home. Mr Burmingham was the town mayor at one point with Mrs Burmingham taking great pride in her garden and supplying flowers locally. The house had an extension in 1958 to include the gorgeous pink bath and sink we re-used in the current bathroom. It’s recent restoration took great respect for the original house and its owners and saved every original feature possible. It really takes you back to the time Marilyn Monroe cuddled up in furs and diamonds and Audrey Hepburn peered in the windows at Tiffany’s.
This accommodation is located in the small North East Victorian town of Bright.
The weatherboard house has been tastefully restored with all the modern facilities but respecting the era of the home. Just a touch of Retro Glamour.
The interior has a light and airy feel to it with some lively and fresh colours. Modern art mixed with vintage photos hang on the walls.
The interior spaces are all well thought out from the window locations to attract light, the open plan rear for a more pleasant outlook and decoration through colour choices, artwork, vintage finds, retro wallpaper, reproduction and restored furniture and glamorous accessories.
The accommodation is ideally suited to couples or small groups up to 6 people.
Sorry not suitable for children under 10 yrs.
