It was a bonus having the second living area (kids loved that space) which doubled as secure bike storage. Priscilla was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.’

Beautifully styled, the interiors of this property include unique design pieces, designer furnishings and luxurious linens, all of which sit in harmony with the soothing colour palate for an unquestionably sophisticated North American ski lodge look.

The Ground floor is home to the main features of the property, encompassing a fully equipped kitchen and three magazine worthy lounge spaces, providing plenty of room to find your own space amidst friends and family.

In the main sitting room, a leather sofa invites guests to perch themselves with a good book or perfectly chosen glass of local wine, while a log-burning fireplace will keep the Alpine air at bay during the cooler months.

The second downstairs living space, provides the ultimate multipurpose fitness and chill out space. Made up of a lounge nook inclusive of large flat screen TV where you can sit back and relax after a hard day of cycling, a personal fitness space equipped with commercial quality Star Trac Spin Bikes, Everest boxing gear, Physio recommended Yoga equipment as well as bike work station with bicycle storage racks, tools and all the required bells and whistles.

Also located downstairs are two master bedrooms with luxe king beds, each with their own ensuite, a third bedroom with two luxe king single beds & two additional bathrooms.

The main bathroom unique in its style offers all the necessities of a standard bathroom with the added bonus of a feature steam room.

Upstairs you will find the fourth bedroom that provides two luxe king single beds (upon request this bed can be converted into a Luxe King Bed) as well as a fourth lounge space to enjoy.

The bedroom itself boasts a small external deck with uninhibited view over the treetops and across to surrounding hillside.

This contemporary home is set on just over an acre of private grounds and promises a delightfully peaceful getaway with nature and the resident kangaroos as your company.

Amongst the acre of surrounding land are the endless outdoor features, step out on to the back deck and be drawn to sit and embrace the tranquillity of this location, opt to wander down the pathway to the feature fire pit or delight in helping yourself to any of the fresh fruits when in season from the grounds as well.

The front of the property extends over the yard boasting an extended deck that creates a contemporary indoor-outdoor experience with alfresco dining, BBQ and places to simply sit and chill, this space is also home to the most exquisite pool in the North East, extending out from the deck this pool creates an infinity like pool experience.

You’re truly in pole position to throw away the car keys and let yourself amble wherever the mood takes you, giving you that close enough to walk, but still far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet.
