Is even available as a wedding venue and accommodation. Yours be very surprised at how reasonable the price is (in comparison to other venues).

Busy and fun weekend at the TRED Breast Cancer Fundraiser at The Springs 4X4 Park
Doing what we do best.... just a little adventuring.
Ever been to River Heads?
It's a great spot if you have a boat 🚣♀️🚤🛥or jetski, as the boat ramp across to K'Gari/Fraser is just down the road. It's also a quick 15 - 20 minute drive up to Hervey Bay beaches 🏖.
We did a short stay at Fraser Coast RV Park, which has beautiful sites ⛺️.
Tips:
• At the RV Park, hire a private Toilet/Shower 🚽🚿. It was nice after a hot day 🔥🥵, or a day swimming at the beach 🌊, to have a good shower.
• Mozzies and Midgies 🦟 are about but we used a Thermocell and it was enough to keep them away.
• There's nowhere nice to swim within walking distance. However it's a nice 15 minute drive up to Hervey Bay for fish and chips 🐟🍟and beaches ⛱️
Beaches 🏖
• We did Point Vernon, which has several mini private beaches scattered along the Point. Very rocky 🪨 at high tide. Dog friendly 🐶 (see Cruz, the Frenchie, paddling in the video).
• Urangan has a nice green park with a small walk down onto the beach. It has a large sand flat with a walk out to the small waves. Also has small sections that catch pools of water, great for kids and dogs 👶🐾.
• Toogoom also has a large section of beach with plenty of area to spread out (see the last few pictures in the video). The northern end is a nice walk up to Goody’s On The Beach, which has amazing food 🍔 🥗🍤 and super friendly staff. Dog friendly - beach and Goody’s. Goodys brought out a fresh bowl of ice water for the puppies when we sat down 💧🐕 👏💖.
