Full Time PA/Receptionist/Accounts Receivable Position, Hemmant Brisbane

RL Marine (www.rlmarine.com.au) is looking for a motivated, honest, reliable person to join our dynamic Brisbane office. You will work in an open plan office with a team consisting of another admin person and sales manager and communicate daily with an off-site Office manager. We use Advanced Business Manger accounting software, and our office is Microsoft based. Full training provided but previous experience in a small business would be advantageous.
The successful applicant must be mature, flexible, honest, reliable, and trustworthy. Excellent communication skills and a “can do” approach with a happy disposition is required. We are a small business, and the applicant will need to be flexible and up for a new challenge each day. If you have ever said “That’s not in my job description” you need not apply as any person who has worked in a small business will attest to having to put on many different hats in any given day. The position is full time hours Monday to Thursday 7am-3.30 pm and Friday 7am – 1 pm with a ½ lunchbreak Monday to Thursday plus tea breaks. Wages will be negotiated depending upon experience. All wages are plus super and above award rates.
Position Entails but not limited to:
• Reception
• Freight, spare parts
• PA to Sales Manager
• Accounts receivable/payable
• Fill in occasionally on pay roll
• Communication with Customers, Visitors, staff, verbally and via email
• Safety – monitor visitor sign in and inductions.
• Data entry, invoicing, time sheets
• Advanced Business Manager Accounting Program
• Job reporting
