🎄Christmas Retro Camper Build - Day 3🎄
Today we Installed the Panels on one of the campers!
Step 1: We apply an incredibly strong automotive glue to the chassis
Step 2: Precisely place the panel on the chassis, squeeze the panel against the glue
Step 3: Mechanically fasten the panel to the chassis using pop rivets (although this provides strength, the bond from the glue is so strong that the pop rivets really are just to hold the panels in place while the adhesive cures!)
Next Step: Roof Install!

The tough chassis have already been hot dip galvanised and are ready to have the suspension components welded on tomorrow.
The advanced composite panels have been CNC'd to millimeter precision by our supplier, ready for assembly!
Keep tuned for Day 3!
