Primary & Secondary School Teachers - Sponsorship Available for Temporary Skills Shortage Visas (Subclass 482)
Employment Basis: Full Time (Remuneration Range AUD 85,000 - AUD 121,000, Plus Superannuation)
Location: QLD, NSW & SA
Specific Responsibilities Include:
Teach Primary or Secondary aged students.
Plan, record and implement effective lesson plans, and provide professional input on educational content and standards.
Ascertain each student's needs to ensure that the content and delivery of the curriculum are effective and appropriate, and that individual education plans (IEPs) and individual learning plans (ILPs) goals are met.
Assess and evaluate studentsโ progress in written and oral work and provide regular feedback to parents / guardians through formal and informal reporting and parent-teacher interview forums.
Implement college policies that manage and develop appropriate student behaviors.
Participate in student supervision duties, and extra-curricular activities such as excursions, sports and College and community events.
Participate and attend staff meetings and professional development activities.
Competent use of technology for development of lesson planning, teaching, student assessment and administrative functions.
Comply with, and reinforce health and safety policy and procedures within the workplace, and engage in mandatory training as directed.
Skills and Qualifications:
Degree Qualified (e.g. a Bachelor of Education, or a double Bachelor degree in Science and Teaching)
Possess current registration with the Teachers Registration Board of South Australia, or be eligible for registration
Continued commitment to improved practices in line with AITSL Professional Standards for Teachers
Academic IELTS at Superior level.
