A client recently approached us who had multiple previous visa refusals. We reapplied for their subclass 600 visa, carefully addressing the genuine temporary entrant criteria and preparing a detailed legal submission and various forms of evidence to support their intentions.

Today their visa was approved with a validity of 3 years, multiple entry, with stays of 3 months each time. We are very happy with the outcome and so is our client and they are looking forward to their trip to Australia!
