Exciting news! Fripp Island Resort is under new management! The island is already abuzz with improvements they are making. They have shared they are working to improve the restaurants, and are adding new features like a pizza truck, ice cream truck, and more breakfast options. Over the longer term they will be renovating many facilities. We are thrilled with the investment to improve the amenities on the island and think you will be too! If you would like to get down this summer and check it out for yourselves, we had the week of July 29 to Aug 5 open up!

Happy New Year everyone! We enjoyed some beautiful sunrises this past week! We are closed for the next few weeks for some deep cleans and maintenance to prepare for the 2023 season ☺️

This weekend at Fripp was magical! The day after Thanksgiving every year begins the Christmas celebrations with Santa arriving on a fire truck, and many other festivities! Highly recommend visiting this time of year! 🎅

Sunshine Sanctuary

We are the Mason Family from Atlanta, GA. When we first visited Fripp Island, we knew this place was special. We could not get enough of the unspoiled beaches, animals at every turn, golf cart rides, and amenities galore. We immediately knew it was where we wanted our kids to make memories for a lifetime. We took a leap and purchased a rental property, and did a full renovation to turn it into a true oceanfront oasis.

Our 2-story oceanfront unit features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an oceanfront balcony. The entire unit was completely remodeled, professionally designed, and equipped with brand new furniture and appliances. The living area is a large open concept living space with views from every angle. The unit includes 2 ocean view master suites, each with a king bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk in glass shower. The upstairs master also includes a twin pull-out sofa. The guest room includes 2-full size beds, an en-suite bathroom with a tub, and large walk in closet. The unit also features a bunk room with custom built-in bunks with both a full size and twin size bed.

We are members of the Fripp Island Resort, which means all guests receive access to reort amenities, including beach service, pools, golf, tennis, restaurants and more.

We chose the name, “Sunshine Sanctuary”, in memory of “Namma”, Lauren’s grandmother who made making memories with her family her life mission. She inspired us to make this investment for our family, and we hope that you will enjoy our home and build memories with your own family that will last a lifetime.
