Thinking about booking online for your next holiday? 🤔 While booking online can offer some pros, it can also offer some cons. 🙅🏼‍♀️

What are some pros and cons to booking travel online? Feel free to also share your experience in the comments! ☺️

Pros 👍

✅ It can be quicker ⏱️

✅ It is available 24/7 and you can do it anytime and from anywhere 🌐🕒

✅ If you book direct there is no ‘middleman’ 🚫💼

Cons 👎

❌ What seems like a great deal may not be – watch out for hidden fees, ‘taxes’ & add ons you need later that cost more💰

❌ Time consuming research – you can spend hours and hours online researching what travel agents can tell you over a short phone call ⏳🔍

❌ What seems like the cheapest option may not be – booking with a travel agent means you get access to exclusive rates and discounts 💼💳

❌ If the airline or travel company you booked with goes under, you may lose all your money. 💸😞

❌ If things go wrong - it can take a long time and a lot of effort to hold companies accountable when you’re on your own ⚖️🛂

❌ You don’t know what you don’t know – a travel agent will know all you need to know to ensure a seamless travel experience 🧳🌟
