Having returned from a wonderful few weeks in Italy, I’m already looking to return to Europe. So where to next? For me, it’s the Greek Islands in a couple of months’ time…but is Spain on your radar and would you dare to walk the world's most dangerous trail?

Never fear the Caminito del Rey—it is a lot safer than it used to be and allows you to walk along pathways hanging over 100 meters up on a cliff face. With unforgettable views that will be sure to get your heart rate up, this experience is definitely one for thrill seekers visiting Malaga!

Taormina by the sea is pure perfection!

Whilst you can stay in the old town, staying by the sea is another option and it is simply beautiful.

has its own beach club, water activities and an enviable position by the water.
With a complimentary shuttle between and , you can stay in either location and enjoy the facilities at both properties.

Taormina is such a picturesque town in Sicily which offers stunning views of Mount Etna and the Ionian Sea.

Staying at the beautiful , you are in the perfect spot to explore the famous ancient Greek theatre and the gorgeous cobblestoned medieval streets lined with shops and restaurants.

The views are extraordinary, the rooms and common areas are stylishly decorated and the service is excellent.

Taormina is busy, has a vibrant culture and is extremely charming. Add it into your next Mediterranean holiday.

Cefalu is one of the most charming towns of Sicily; and is renowned for its beautiful beaches and narrow medieval streets filled with shops, restaurants and bars. It has a very vibrant and friendly feel and is a great stop on a road trip between Palermo and Taormina.

It can be done as a stop on a day trip between towns or better yet, stay a few nights and soak up the sun in this beautiful coastal town.

A short and sweet stay in Rome at the beautiful , a luxury boutique Villa hotel which is in an ideal position for visiting Rome’s stunning historical sites as well as the elegant shopping districts of Via del Corso and Via Condotti.

It’s elegantly decorated in a classic style with genuine antique furniture and artwork and was a lovely home for our time in Rome.

Another beautiful stay in Puglia, this time at the Francis Ford Coppola owned . Originally a palace built in 1892, it was bought in 2004 by the Coppola family with the aim to transform it into a luxury boutique hotel.

It is located just a short drive from Matera in a relatively unknown destination, Beralda, where the food and wine is authentic and the town is untouched my mass tourism.

If you’re looking for a stay at a truly unique palazzo with access to all the major Puglia sites, then this is the hotel for you.

Alberobello, a picturesque town in Italy’s Puglia region, is well-known for its unique trulli houses with cone shaped roofs. It is a UNESCO World Heritage site and is a lovely place to wander through with shops, bars and restaurants scattered through the town.

It is another reason to add Puglia to your list of must-see Italian regions.

The town of Lecce is a beautiful town in southern Puglia dating back hundreds of years. Staying nearby at is the perfect location for exploring Lecce and other nearby towns.

The green spaces are my favourite places in New York….and Bryant Park is my no.1 choice.

It transforms beautifully between summer and winter - in summer, it’s a lush green oasis with people lounging on the grass, enjoying outdoor activities including market stalls and movies. In winter, it becomes a magical wonderland with the holiday market, ice skating rink, and festive decorations creating a cozy atmosphere amidst the cold.
Both seasons offer unique experiences and it’s worth a visit no matter what time of the year you’re in New York.
