Our Story

At Donna Phillips Travel, combining my own extensive travel experience and expertise with my clients' dreams and desires results in seamless and memorable holidays.

With almost 25 years in the travel industry, spanning retail, airline, wholesale and corporate; owning my own business has given me the opportunity to put my stamp on advising clients about their travel needs and devising bespoke travel plans tailored to their individual preferences. I cover the world for my clients – no destination is too challenging. As a South America and Africa specialist, I especially love the adventurous nature of travel in these continents and know that I can provide my clients with first-hand expert advice.

My personal and professional approach ensures that I deliver an amazing travel experience for each and every client, no matter what the dollar value or destination. Wherever I might be in the world at any time, I am always there for my clients, to ensure that every detail of their trip is covered and confirmed, from flights and hotels to tours and restaurants.

I travel for myself as well as for my work, meaning that I am always up to date on the latest destinations, tours, hotels and experiences on offer all over the world. Through this I have developed an extensive list of global partners and providers, and combined with my own insider knowledge, this allows me to assist my clients and create holidays they will never forget.
