5 & 6 - outdoor entertaining - the barn has a 10 person hot tub and outdoor lounge and the house has multiple entertaining areas with the main deck including a breakfast bar and 10 person dining table 🌄

7 & 8 - the fireplace - who doesn’t love an indoor fireplace? Perfect for keeping the place cozy over the winter months ❄️

Welcome to our Barn 🤩

The Barn is the second accommodation option available at The Charles at Broke and can be booked in conjunction with the house, providing total accommodation for up to 20 guests (or booked separately).
The barn is a separate new build, 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home with kitchen & dining, wood fireplace, 2 lounge areas and outstanding country views! The barn also has a 10 person spa pool on the patio, an outside BBQ and an amazing sandstone inground country fire pit ⭐️
