Join us for a Community Clean-up at the Brunswick River Rock Wall! 🎣We’ve partnered with to tackle the hidden waste lodged between the rocks—debris that too often ends up in the ocean, threatening marine life. Let’s clear it out and protect our waterways together!

Something special at the Memorial Hall 💃

An immersive 3-day process of visiting and revisiting fundamental movement patterns and falling patterns into gravity that are embedded in us but might be forgotten.
Each day will have three segments.
First, We will have a long somatic progression with hands-on.
Then, we will move on to a guided solo process of improvisation emerging from the somatic process.
And lastly, we will explore how this is feeding our dance with a partner.
You are invited to let go of what you know and expect and be open to learning something simple and hopefully profound.

Get ready for Old and Cold 💦 if you dare! Our wonderful Old and Gold Principal Sponsors coming soon to Bruns Social Remedy Byron Bay ! They had a wonderful day at the recent Mullum2Bruns Paddle and are setting up their recovery lounge at the Salt Mill for Old and Gold. Soothe weary shopping legs in their recovery boots! 🥾

B3 Brunswick Heads is designed around 3 fundamental health and fitness pillars, BUILD BREATH BATH, integrating movement, breathwork and contrast therapy. The state of the art studio will be open to members outside of the class schedule to ensure every opportunity to get your workout done. At OLD & GOLD We’ll have some recovery equipment available drop by to speak to the team about all things B3 and give your legs some much needed love in some recovery boots after walking the streets and checking out all the cool things.
