Bundaberg Tourism was delighted to partner with the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs and Bundaberg Regional Council this week to show players and team around the region, create content and attend a media call for the 2024 Bulldogs vs Dolphins game being played at Salters Oval on Saturday 17 August 2024 🏉
In 2023, 36% of attendees at the game came from outside the Bundaberg Region, resulting in over $1million in visitor expenditure and more than 4,500 nights of accommodation, and we anticipate similar impacts in 2024. 📈

Team BT are switching on our out-of-office to spend some time with our nearest and dearest, soaking up the Southern Great Barrier Reef sunshine☀️, feasting on fresh prawns from Grunske's By The River Seafood Market and Takeaway 🦐 and maybe a local tipple or two🥂 – returning to our desks bright eyed, bushy tailed and ready for 2024 on Monday 8th January.
Our Bundaberg and Childers Visitor Information Centres will be open across the festive season, with the exception of Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.
