Rebalance Retreats -Australia Our lives are busy and full of demands and distractions. That's why we created Rebalance Retreats in the beautiful setting of Byron Bay.

Even though we know it is important, it can be hard to slow down, take a breath and find our balance again. Artist, author entrepreneur and energy healer, Katie Manekshaw abandoned the stress of 12 years in corporate to find more balance in her life. She first founded I Love Chakra, her own brand of well-being products and services in Sydney, NSW. After relocating to Byron Bay she decided to move

forward with another dream and create Rebalance Retreats. (Note: I'm now back in the Eastern suburbs of Sydney big story ha ha )

Our NEW Community Wellness One Day Retreats are kicking off in Sydney and are going to be so incredibly inspiring, we are creating them to help rebuild the feeling of community and to improve mental health.
