Self care is the foundation of a healthy and happy life. Itβs not selfish; itβs essential.
Life can be stressful, but that doesnβt mean you should ignore your own needs. In fact, doing so will only make things worse in the long run. When we wake in the morning it's the perfect time to be grateful and appreciate all you have. When you wake, before your day gets crazy, take time to relax and prepare for the day ahead.
Start your morning with self care: meditate or do yoga, take a bath or shower, prepare a nice healthy breakfast and get out in nature and get some fresh air before work if possible β whatever helps you feel centered and energised for the day ahead βΊοΈπ
