Our tours journey through the world-renowned Daintree, showcasing breath-taking landscapes, local wildlife, and unique ecosystems. Explore World Heritage Listed rainforest in the Daintree and Cape Tribulation, where the oldest living rainforest in the world meets the reef! We start our day tour with a scenic coastal drive to Port Doulas on the Great Barrier Reef Drive with stunning views of the Co

ral Sea. Our tour includes return transfers from Cairns and Port Douglas. Arriving at Mossman Gorge, at the southern end of the Daintree rainforest we'll be met by the traditional owners of the land we're about to explore. Here you'll participate in a traditional 'Welcome to Country' and 'Smoke Ceremony' with the Kuku Yalanji people before heading into the heart of the gorge where there is an opportunity to have a swim in the crystal clear waters of this iconic spot. We will head further north to the Daintree river where we will search for crocodiles and other wildlife in this incredible ecosystem. Journey into the oldest living rainforest in the world on our Marrdja Botanical Boardwalk where our knowledgeable guides will share with you the wonders of this World Heritage Listed Area. Kick back in the heart of Cape Trib while your lunch is delivered directly to the beach. Soak up some sun or explore this natural and almost deserted beach. The rest of your afternoon will be spent enjoying some spectacular lookouts, a cable ferry crossing of the Daintree River and even a scenic drive through Port Douglas.

🌴 Meet the Southern Cassowary: Guardian of the Rainforest 🌴

Cassowaries aren’t just a striking sight—they’re essential to the health of our rainforests! Known as “rainforest gardeners,” these incredible birds help keep the ecosystem thriving by spreading seeds far and wide through their diet of fruits. Without them, many plant species wouldn’t survive.

Unfortunately cassowaries are listed as an Endangered species. Habitat loss, vehicle collisions, and dog attacks are some of the biggest threats they face. Every time we protect their home, slow down in cassowary zones, or spread awareness, we’re helping ensure their survival.
