1. Start from #Cairns ๐ด
Drive time: Approx. 1,5 hours
Route: Head south on Bruce Highway (A1) towards Gordonvale
2. Turn onto Gillies Range Road.
Follow signs towards #AthertonTablelands
3. Exit at Lamins Hill Lookout.
Turn: Left onto Lake Barrine Road.
Drive Time: Continue for about 15 minutes.
4. Reach Topaz Road.
Turn: Right onto Topaz Road.
Drive: Follow for approximately 5 km.
5. Arrive at the #WindinFalls #Trailhead ๐
Parking: Park in the designated area at the end of the road.
Note: Limited parking, so better to arrive early!
6. Embark on the #Hike ๐ฅพ
Trail Length: Approximately 5 km (one way).
Difficulty: Moderate โ be prepared for uneven terrain and some steep sections.
Duration: Around 1.5 to 2 hours to reach the falls.
Itโs a bit of a treck but well worth it with the beautiful #panoramicviews and the #infinitypool waiting for you at the top of the #falls ๐
