Ship inspection on Coral Expeditions Coral Discoverer yesterday. Totally different type of ship only 72 pax. An intimate size ship with delightful crew. She can go where the bigger ships can't due to her shallow draught all pax can go ashore at once on the Xplorer tender which sits on the ship at the back until needed and you board the Xplorer before it is in the water. There is also 2 zodiacs for more intrepid exploration.
More inclusions as beers, wines and spirits are included with lunch and dinner service, as well as soft drinks and juices. Water is available from the drinking coolers. Morning and afternoon tea is also included.
There is an open bridge policy, this means if the door is open you can go into the bridge and there is even a couch in there to relax on whilst you take in the view and chat to the Captain. There are no elevators but there are only about 12 steps up to each deck.

**The Australian Circumnavigation would be a wonderful journey to take on this ship as it is Cairns to Cairns for 60 nights and takes in 48 excursion days, 4 major ports, 3 signature events departure date is 17th October 2025.

Changes to Arrival and Departure Times: V455 and V456 (27 December 2024)

Hi everyone
Please note, we have some changes to the arrival time on Friday, 27 December for Pacific Adventure V455 to 4:30am instead of 9:30am (disembarkation will start from shortly after 6am, with all guests needing to be off the ship by 9:30am). Pacific Adventure V456 will also depart at 4pm on the 27th instead of 7pm, with check-in times being brought forward.
Communications have been sent to any travel agent with bookings on these departures and to guests with an email on file.
