Our CEO, Brent Sweeney, was lucky to cross paths and grab a photo with the Outback Futures' branded Greyhound coach during a recent visit to Julia Creek.

Thank you Greyhound Australia for your ongoing support, which proudly promotes wellbeing along the highways and byways of regional and remote Australia, and also helps our teams go the extra mile for outback Queenslanders.

THE BEST MAP WE’VE EVER SEEN πŸ˜ƒ

From tomorrow, Monday 10 March, ALL Greyhound services are back on the road!

Thank you to everyone for your patience & understanding during what’s been a hectic few days for us all ❀️

As the impact from Ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred continues to be felt, please note we might need to make further adjustments to our scheduled services.

We recommend passengers booked to travel in South East Queensland and Northern NSW continue to monitor their service information on our website: https://www.greyhound.com.au/travel-information/service-updates

All passengers who had their travel plans affected by recently suspended services can choose to move their booking to a new date (subject to availability) free of charge. You can also request a travel credit by calling our Customer Service team on 1300 473 946 or via your travel agent.

Please be advised our Customer Service Centre is currently managing a high volume of calls and it may take longer than usual to connect with a team member. Thank you for your understanding.

Stay safe πŸ™

PS. Someone on our last post asked if I put my 6-year-old son in charge of this and to that I say HOW VERY DARE he is but a 7-month-old who happens to have abnormally dexterous paws for a puppy of his lankiness thank u v much🐾

Greyhound Australia is closely monitoring Tropical Cyclone Alfred and updates from the state government in conjunction with emergency services and the Bureau of Meteorology.

At this stage all scheduled Greyhound services will continue to operate.

However, please be aware that as Tropical Cyclone Alfred moves closer to the coast, and its potential impacts are more clearly understood, we may be required to cancel services for the safety of our passengers, team, and general public.

All passengers booked to travel within South East Queensland and Northern NSW are encouraged to monitor service updates and latest information on our website: greyhound.com.au/travel-information/service-updates

We understand that some guests may no longer wish to travel within areas that may be impacted by Tropical Cyclone Alfred, so we have made it easier to change travel plans.

Passengers travelling on Greyhound services to or from the Sunshine Coast (including Noosa), Brisbane, or Gold Coast regions from Wednesday 5 March to Sunday 9 March inclusive can choose to move their travel to a new date (subject to availability) free of charge.

You can also cancel and request a travel credit by contacting our Customer Service team on 1300 473 946 or your travel agent.

Please be advised our Customer Service team is currently managing a high volume of calls and it may take longer than usual to connect with a team member. Thank you for your understanding.
