Rotor-Lift Aviation is proud to have provided helicopter search and rescue and emergency medical services to Tasmanians for more than 23 years, supporting Ambulance Tasmania and Tasmania Police on more than 14,000 missions. Rotor-Lift Aviation is Hobart’s leading helicopter company offering a range of turbine, single and twin engine aircraft capable of scenic flights, transfers, charters and aeria

l work. This means that for guests arriving into the State we can quickly and efficiently move them to their accommodation, whether it be, Saffire, or Pumphouse Point. In addition to scenic flights, Rotor-Lift also operates an Advanced Flight Training Academy offering specialised courses, such as, Night Vision Goggles. Our Story

Rotorlift Aviation is Hobart’s leading helicopter company offering a range of turbine, single and twin-engine helicopters available for scenic flights, transfers, charters and aerial work.

Rotorlift has been based in Hobart for the past 18 years and is conveniently located at Hobart Airport, next to the International Terminal. Guests arriving into Hobart can be transferred via helicopter to their chosen accommodation, including Saffire Freycinet, MONA, Pumphouse Point, Truffle Lodge and Cradle Mountain hotels.

We offer free pickup/drop off to all Hobart Hotels and Information Centres. In addition to scenic flights over stunning Tasmania, Rotorlift also operates an Advanced Helicopter Flight Training Academy offering specialised courses, such as Night Vision Goggles.
