Spent an inspirational morning learning about regenerative farming with Luke and Stuart from and on their 100 acre property near Taralga just north of us at Tea Tree Hollow.
They have a very strong ethical emphasis on free range, no chemical, no pharmaceutical pigs, maremma duck, chickens, quail and beef. They use small acre blocks rotated frequently with the ducks and pigs to fertilise and heal the land in the spirit of regenerative guru Joel Salatin.
You can order from their butcher shop in Goulburn , they deliver to Sydney too. You'll never buy supermarket meat again!

will have a tree planted on their behalf on our property at no cost to you.

We are passionate about lightening our carbon footprint on the environment.

Images of the planted trees will go on our social media platforms. Guests can also see for themselves if they stay again. Planting will be ongoing from March to November

It's
The United Nations has called for urgent action to revive our damaged ecosystem by launching the UN Decade on Ecosystem Restoration, starting on 5 June 2021. The continued disappearance of our forets has resulted in greenhouse gas emissions having grown. We can all take action, not just governments or corporations, but citizens as well. Since Tea Tree Hollow opened in 2019, we have planted native scrubs and several hundred trees in areas of our property which are not forested.

This very young little wombat greeted me at the gate of he had the cutest pink paw pads. There was a few flooded burrows around the property, rabbits too, hopefully they spent today sunbaking.
