Our modern 2 storey home features a modern fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, two bathrooms and separate toilet down stairs. 3 spacious bedrooms with ensuite to the upstairs master bedroom and two rooms downstairs. A large spacious air conditioned living area on the upper story provides access to the large spacious decks and fantastic views. A secure back yard is shaded by mature trees and provides a secure play area for children and pets. Panorama Views Holiday Home is a 20 metre walk to Sunnyside Park, a large playground which has recently upgraded play equipment for the kids, a half court basketball area and huge grass area with plenty of room to kick the footy, fly a kite or let the dog have a run. A short 5 minute walk will get you to the Cape Woolamai Shopping area, with a handy general store, take away food, cafe's and local tavern for a refreshing wine, cold beer or great value meal. With only a 5-10 minute walk on the quiet streets and you will be on the Cape Woolamai back beach, a picturesque beach looking over the bay to San Remo. At low tide the kids (and big kids at heart) will love to explore the exposed rock pools where small crabs, seashells and fish can be found. Further round the bay the large sand dunes have created a natural sand slide providing heaps of fun with boogie boards, and you can create a splash at high tide! A 20 minute walk (5 minutes in the Car) back across the bridge into San Remo, a busy shopping strip offers a variety of cafes and pub meals, or you can get some fresh fish from the Fishing Co-Op. San Remo also has large park areas with BBQ's and play equipment that make an ideal spot for family picnics. At the San Remo Pier make sure you see the daily midday Pelican feeding session when a huge flock of Pelicans squabble over the free offerings.
