IMPORTANT NEWS FOR WORKING HOLIDAY VISA MAKERS (WHMs) - CONDITION 8547

According to the Condition 8547, holders must not be employed by one employer for more than 6 months.

This condition was 𝒕𝒆𝒎𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒍𝒚 𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒙𝒆𝒅 on 19 January 2022 until 31 December 2022. The relaxation has now been extended 𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹 𝟯𝟬 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯.

This temporary 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒆 𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒐𝒘𝒔 𝑾𝒐𝒓𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑯𝒐𝒍𝒊𝒅𝒂𝒚 𝑴𝒂𝒌𝒆𝒓𝒔 (subclass 417 and subclass 462 visa holders) 𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝟲 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝘀, 𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹 𝟯𝟬 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯.
