On the banks of the River Murray, Caurnamont River Getaway is the perfect location for a family or group to relax and unwind in this luxurious holiday home

The property is situated in one of the quietest spots along this section of river and is only 200m from the local boat ramp. It has ample parking for cars and boat trailers with over 2000sqm of lawns giving plenty of room for the children to run around. There are 6 bedrooms with the master having an ensuite with spa bath shower, toilet and sliding door allowing you to wake up in the morning overlo

oking the views of the river. There are also another 2 bathrooms and three WC’s Laundry

In total the property can comfortably accommodate 16 people. Upstairs there is a large outdoor deck area overlooking the river with large 8 seater outdoor setting and also a covered BBQ

The dining area table seats 16 around the table, there are two separate lounge areas the front one overlooking the river and the rear lounge set up with TV and library for that quiet time out

The kitchen is a gourmet delight with large fridge freezer, 900mm wide full oven cook top and of course dishwasher. A 4.2m island bench allows plenty of room for serving meals to family and friends

Downstairs there is an extensive covered and protected entertaining area complete with first class pool table, table tennis table and large table for downstairs meals

There is an outdoor kitchen area complete with sink with hot and cold water BBQ and 2 door glass front fridge to keep the all important refreshments cold and at hand

The beach is protected by two large gum trees providing plenty of shade with lawns right to the water’s edge, while a large jetty provides plenty of room to park a couple of boats. There is also a large decked area right along the river front providing plenty of space to sit under the willows to either fish or to just watch the action on the water
