It’s definitely been a big April here at Treck Industries Plant Training and Assessment.

We spent last week in Tamworth with Essential Energy conducting Excavator Operations RIIMPO320F

This program was ran with mini diggers for their underground crews which is a specialist job of it own. This training also included auger and trencher application which we added to the program.

We specialise in making the training relevant to your application aswell as gaining the national qualification for your plant type.

This week again at we are back in beautiful Tamworth with Essential Energy setting up for RIIHAN309F Conduct telehandler operations. Which we've also contextualised to their application for pole handling .

Our very 1st day back for 2024 was another success training and assessment session with our great friends at Aplus contracting.

Load and unload plant RIIHAN308F

This program was conducted with both management and some of their employees .This way both parties are all on the same page when it comes to safely conducting this task.
Also ensuring the restraint methods meet and or exceed the NHVR requirements for restraint.

It's always great to see the management involved in the training , this ensures these practices continue well after the initial training on-site.

Application training this week at sunny Glenbawn for Ausgrid.

Power pole preparation, installation and removal. Utilising the Hitachi ZX-160LC Hydraulic Excavator with Digga Auger, Engcon EC coupler, tilt rotator and grab attachment.

Today was day 2 of travelling down to the south west corner of the state where we will be conducting Skidsteer, Excavator and Telehandler programs over the next two weeks.
I brought the fishing rods, hoping to catch some fish from one of the 5 rivers here in the down time. (Cross the fingers)..

Well guys you may have noticed the Treck Industries Ute in all of its livery hasn’t been seen around lately . We have been still working hard as usual and providing our service to our awesome customers as usual.
The old girl needed a rest and a new ride needed.
Today the new ride finally got the branding. A little more discrete than usual, but it looks amazing . As usual Kelly and Tony at Triton signs and graphics have gone above and beyond as always. Thanks again guys, highly recommended .

Earlier this month we spent time with the locals at Cessnock City Councils Waste Management Centre.

Treck Industries conducted Nationally Accredited SOA & VOC assessments on Wheel Loader, Skidsteer & Excavator.

We had a great few days on site, with a great bunch of operators.
Considering these workers spend all day processing materials most of us don't want to be near or touch. Well done, we appreciate the work you do 🙌

Last week I had a day down at Hitachis Revesby branch to test and tune another awesome ZX-160LC with all the engcon goodies ready for the customer.

Application training to come, watch this space!!

I never get sick of playing on all these orange machines and the new dash 7 series is just on a whole other level ✊
Also I had to make time to play on and browse over all the new machines in the yard while I'm here , I'm only human 🤷‍♂️ I call it playing, I tell the wife it's research and development for the machines we support!!

Been a great week down south at Ulladulla. A big Thankyou to National Parks and Wildlife services, for choosing Treck Industries to provide the application training for their field operators. Looking forward to the next visit already!
Also got the chance to squeeze a on-site assessment in this afternoon for grader at Milton.

One wrong step could be your last. Falls from 2 to 4 metres can be devastating and often fatal”.
