Charlestown Executive Apartments offers holiday or long-term accommodation - serviced apartments. We manage 6 locations throughout Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and East Maitland. Our business is always evolving and we're looking for the right person to grow with our team. This position requires weekend availability 2 days per week.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Use reservations system to charge guests, check in, check out, record information.
- Answer large volumes of emails.
- Take phone enquiries and bookings.
Experience using hotel reservations systems, in particular RMS is beneficial, but not mandatory.
Must be able to work alone with a high level of confidence in making decisions on your own.
A calm and collected demeanor is required when handling challenging situations.
Able to prioritize daily tasks and handle numerous things at once. i.e. multiple phone calls, place customers on hold, engage with guests in an attentive and courteous manner.
Must be available to work 2 days per week from 830am to 630pm. Weekends are required.
