🌟 We were thrilled to sponsor the recent Redlands Coast Sporting Hall of Fame and Sporting Awards.

It was a huge night for the Point Lookout Surf Life Saving Club who walked away with Organisation of the Year, Sportsman of the Year for Calan Lovitt, and Volunteer of the Year for Elisa Morris, presented by our GM, Ben Renwick! 🏆

Ben also got into the spirit of the night by snapping up some Steven Bradbury memorabilia during the auction, and Steven delivered it himself to our Cleveland terminal! Such a legend and an exciting moment for our team🥇

We’re pleased to share a new passenger ferry timetable, developed in collaboration with Stradbroke Flyer Gold Cats and North Stradbroke Island Bus Service. The new timetable is effective from Monday, 16 December 2024.

🌟 What’s New?

🔹 Extended service hours for greater flexibility and convenience.
🔹 Longer boarding and disembarkation times during peak periods for a smoother journey and seamless transfers with the island bus.
🔹 Enhanced safety measures at our terminals to improve the customer experience.
🔹 Extra time to pre-purchase tickets from our ticket office or online, so you can sit back and relax onboard.

We’re pleased to share that our vehicle ferry, Quandamooka, returned to service this afternoon. All trips will run as scheduled from tomorrow (Saturday).

The recent breakdown was caused by an object in the water that knocked off Quandamooka’s rudder. It was an unexpected challenge, but we know it affected many of you, and we sincerely apologise for the disruption.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and support for our team as they worked tirelessly to get us back on track. We hope you enjoy your weekend! 🏝

Due to an unforeseen vessel breakdown, our NSI vehicle ferry service is experiencing significant delays. All affected customers are being notified by sms or email. There are currently delays of around 2-3 hours from the scheduled departure times, and these are expected to last at least through today (Thursday) and tomorrow (Friday).

For those who wish to cancel their journey, we are providing full refunds for all cancellations. You can request a refund via email at [email protected].

We sincerely apologise for this inconvenience and thank you for your patience. Please be assured that our team is doing everything they can to safely return us to normal service. We ask that you treat them with kindness as they work to assist you.
