Property Information
If the bbq gas bottle becomes empty please use the spare located in the Skidepot shed. Please contact us to organise a refill.
Departure time is 10am unless alternative arrangements have been made.
Prior to departure please ensure the property is clean and tidy, including the BBQ. Please notify us if there are any breakages or issues that need to be addressed. RUBBISH COLLECTION Bins with red lids are collected on Tuesdays and during Dec/Jan an extra collection occurs on Fridays. Please bag general waste and wine bottles prior to placing in the red bins. Refundable bottles and cans can be placed in the green bin provided
A bait/fish chest freezer is situated in the Skidepot shed for your convenience (please do not put fish or bait in the fridges or freezers inside)
Please only flush toilet paper down the toilet No smoking inside
No animals inside
Please note that the wood combustion fire is out of order. PLEASE DO NOT USE. Use the airconditioners instead.
Fresh rain water can be sourced from the backyard tanks.
Fish cleaning equipment can be placed near the front of property where the hose is located. Turn the blue mains lever tap up to turn on the hose. It is situated at ground level outside of the bbq area. Please ensure that the blue lever tap is turned down once finished.

Things to do
Long Beach - walk or 4W drive along this beautiful stretch of beach, climb the massive sandhills or spend your day relaxing and taking a dip.
Coffin Bay Lookout - as you enter Coffin Bay turn left to access the lookout and admire the breathtaking views.
Oyster Walk - This 15km trail gives you the opportunity to experience Coffin Bay's magnificent waterways and the area's abundant flora and fauna. Although this scenic trail goes from Long Beach to the Lookout you can enter or exit the trail along the way. Dogs are allowed on leash.
Recreation Park - Situated on the corner of Jubilee Drive and Morgan Road. Enjoy the BBQ area, BMX track, playground & cricket pitch. Toilet facilities are ávailable.
Foreshore Playground - Located between the town jetty and the Coffin Bay Yacht Club. Public toilets are available for use here too.
Paddle Board and Kayak hire - available at Oyster HQ, 100 Esplanade, Coffin Bay
Coffin Bay Craft Markets - held at the Coffin Bay Town Hall on the second Sunday of the month and also the 4th Sunday during the Summer Holiday season.
Mount Dutton Bay Woolshed - Licensed Cafe and Museum (entry fee applies)

Point Avoid, Yangi Beach, and Almonta can be accessed with a two-wheel drive, but Gunyah is only accessible by 4W Drive vehicles.
Hiking Trails - There are some amazing hikes in the Coffin Bay area for people of all fitness levels.

Bait is available at the local IGA on the Esplanade.
If you don't have access to your own boat, there are some good spots along the shore line where you can cast a line in.
