Most years, the Camera Club hosts this special community event. Locals are invited to enter the competition. This is judged and images are exhibited at the National Cartoon Gallery.

This competition was started by the family of the late Marnie Yeates who was a member of the Camera Club and loved nature photography. The winner will be presented with the Marnie Yeates Trophy for Nature Photography.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Entries are invited from all non-commercial photographers resident in the Coffs Coast Area
(from Grafton to Scotts Head and west to Dorrigo and Glenreagh). Who qualifies as a Non-Commercial photographer?
Our definition of a commercial photographer is one who mostly takes photos to sell.
All images must comply with the FIAP Nature Photography Definition which can be found via link in comments
Photographs and any acceptable post editing must be the entrants own work.
Entry form and further details in comments.
