Our first big dam is full. Loving this rain. 60 mls last night. It is the first time in over four years we have seen this much water, well in fact this dam overflowing. We have had some amazing misty mornings during this rain spell. I'll pop a few images onto Facebook, so keep your eyes peeled for them.

Mugul- the meeting place

Fred and Lee bought this 300 acre property mid 2012. After purchasing the property they found out it was a site of significance for the local Gooreng Gooreng people. Mugul is the Indigenous name for Mt Colosseum. It was a meeting place for the Meeroni, Toolooa and Gooreng Gooreng peoples who would meet at Mugul once a year for a corroboree. Fred and Lee are now developing the property as a retreat and a place to celebrate Indigenous culture.
