Through grounding practices, Talita’s unique flower essence ceremony, and sacred rituals, we will attune ourselves to the rhythms of the Earth, plants and the sacredness within. Whether you’re looking to deepen your connection to yourself, build a supportive sisterhood, or simply be held in the loving embrace of nature, this gathering offers a safe and welcoming space to explore, grow, and thrive together.

End-of-year dates

Check out the info below regarding when the clinic will be closing over the holiday season and when orders will be closing:
~ Last clinic day for the year is Tuesday 24th Dec
~ Talita will be out of contact (phone off!) from the 25th Dec till 2nd Jan.
~ Gabby will be away from 21st Dec till 30th Jan.
~ The last day for herb orders will be the 28th of Dec.
~ Orders will be posted or available for collection at Coolum or Cootharaba from the 30th.
~ Next herbal collection or post day will be back to Fridays starting from the 3rd Jan.

Did you know...

The quickest nervous system growth in a baby is from 15 – 20 weeks gestation, with a significant increase in the number of neurons. Then again from 30 weeks gestation, until 12 months of age, hence the importance of optimal nutrition whilst pregnant and in that first year.

Babies brains develop and grow 6 times quicker in the first year than 2nd year of life

The still-developing nervous systems are more sensitive to toxins from air, water, food, and soil pollution and toxicity. In young children, the blood/brain barrier is immature and porous, which allows greater transfer of these toxins and harmful chemicals to enter the cells.
