A little wombat fact you might now know. There are three different species of wombat. These are the common wombat (also known as the bare-nosed wombat), the Southern hairy-nosed wombat, and the Northern hairy-nosed wombat.

Our jerky has no artificial colours or flavours. We use free-range, grass fed Australian beef, farmed on thousands of acres free from herbicides or insecticides. These cattle are certainly never injected with any antibiotics or hormones.

Our beef jerky is made using grass-fed beef coming from the wide expanses of Australia’s outback because perfect for making jerky. It’s very lean and has no added hormones, antibiotics or chemicals. Perfect!

We marinate our meat for 14 hours with carefully blended combinations of herbs and spices and locally grown, cold pressed canola oil. This allows us to produce a jerky that has a great balanced flavour.

We are proudly Australian made and owned since 1993.
