If you're travelling to Phillip Island for the Superbike World Championship this weekend, here are our tops tips to make sure you have the best and safest journey possible!

🚗 Check traffic conditions - https://traffic.vicroads.vic.gov.au/
❗ Avoid the Strzelecki Highway and the town of Mirboo North due to the roadworks and clean-up after last week’s storms
⏰ Start your journey early and take snacks and water. At peak times and with recent weather events, the traffic to the island may take longer than expected.
🐨 Slow down and look out for wildlife. Phillip Island is home to a huge range of wildlife. Please take care on the roads.

Prior to every stay, our dedicated maintenance team from Pristine Pools in Cowes attend The Beach House on Pembrey. They ensure that the spa is clean, sanitized and balanced. Further to this, the temperature is increased to a toasty 34 degrees to ensure that it is ready for your family and friends to use. Simply remove the cover and hop in!

We know that when you book a holiday rental, the last thing on your mind is packing linen for the beds and towels for after your showers. Worse than that, having to make the beds when you arrive!! When staying at The Beach house on Pembrey, all of this is included.
If you have infants / toddlers in your group who would be more suited to a porta cot, we can accommodate them too! Simply let us know when you book! We look forward to hearing from you.

When you book our house, you can bring your furry friends along with you! Our house has a fully fenced backyard with ample space for your pet to run and play. Bring their bed along with you so that they can sleep inside as they would at home. We kindly ask that pets are not allowed on any furniture or beds.

My coffee and my kitchen - my happy place in the morning. Did you know that when you rent the house, you get the use of the whole house! The kitchen, the coffee machine, (and the pods!), the appliances such as the toaster, blender, air fryer etc. All yours to it feel like a home away from home.

It’s a beautiful sunny day today here in Cowes. Possibly too cold to swim, but perfect weather to get your feet and legs in the ocean. I can feel any worries literally draining out of my body as the water laps around my ankles.

Fresh new grass feels!
We recently had new turf laid in the backyard. We love how perfect it looks and how soft it is underfoot. Kids and pets will love it as well. Perfect for an outdoor game of Jenga or just lazing around!

We are so excited about some of the new changes we have made to the house. New concrete aggregate driveway - including parking for your boat or JetSki, river pebbles, ambient garden lights and an outdoor shower!! All adds to the allure of your time away at 13 Pembrey Loop!
