We have been using some great fruit and flowers from Birch Estate Farm for our pre dinner snacks along with elderflower and lemon for our seasonal drink. Rhubarb rolled in raw sugar and black pepper and some pickled vegetables from our kitchen garden gives a little sweet and sour to get the taste buds going.

This picture was taken in the same spot 101 years later, during the Australian Triumph dealer conference, with Triumph Australia staff that took only 1 hour to ride there from Melbourne!

This picture was taken in 1910 outside the 'Villa Parma' in Daylesford Victoria and shows 10 Triumphs and their riders that took 2 days to ride there from Melbourne. Apparently 1 of the riders in the picture was the first Triumph dealer in Australia.
