Burrr... it’s getting cold now! Temperatures are set to plummet across our region in the coming days, and while some of you may not like the cold, there’s no denying the beauty of a Daylesford winter. Waking up in the morning to a landscape shrouded in fog, cozying up by the fire at night with a glass of red wine and a roast in the oven, it’s absolute bliss. Last year we were lucky enough to see the region blanketed in thick snow! Let’s hope we see the same this year. ❄️
