Not long until Christmas! People often ask if we ever get sick of eating our products, and the answer is nope! Can’t wait to feast on our hot smoked salmon with family this year and every year (and pretty much every day) 🙌🏼

Alum Cliffs
40-50 minute return, 1.6km.
Grade 2: Suitable for most ages.

Twenty minutes west of Deloraine the small, picturesque town of Mole Creek nestles in a lush, leafy land of milk and honey, with the splendid Great Western Tiers rising nearby from the south.
It is the unheralded Gog Range to the north that contains a delightful surprise, however, with an easy walk through tall forest to a stunning lookout over the bubbling Mersey River.
Commencing at the edge of the farmlands, the track climbs then winds through the trees before suddenly reaching a set of cliffs 200m above the river where it rushes through a steep, rocky gorge.
tulampanga, the site’s Aboriginal name, is a significant place for Tasmanian Aborigines because of the ochre found nearby.
Along the walk there are eye-catching sculptures and pieces of outdoor furniture, some created by local Aboriginal artists.
