A modern four bedroom, fully-equipped house set on a peaceful bush block 3km from the heart of Denmark. An idyllic sanctuary for a romantic retreat, weekend away with friends or a family getaway. Combining style and comfort in the perfect location to enjoy the delights of the Great Southern region. Discover the picturesque beaches, magical forest, award-wining wineries and charming country towns. Perfect for a summer or winter escape. This stunning house features four bedrooms over two levels. On the ground floor is a spacious open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher), dining table for eight people and a large living area with comfy couch and wood fire. There is also a TV, DVD player and iPod dock for your entertainment. There are two large bedrooms with queen beds, a luxurious bathroom with claw foot tub (and washing machine), plus a second toilet. All linen and towels provided. Upstairs is another lounge area and two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other two king single beds. Due to the steepness of the internal stairs it is not suitable for young children, elderly or handicapped people. A highlight of this house is the private raised deck area offering stunning bush views. With a large rustic table and BBQ this area is the perfect outdoor space for relaxing or entertaining.
