In the year 2000, Roger embarked on his entrepreneurial journey, and together with Fiona, they founded RFS Projects in 2003. As the business grew, so did their workforce, leading to a pivotal decision in 2007 when they acquired their very first excavator and a small tip truck, marking the birth of the RFS fleet.

Their journey was marked by incredible milestones, including the construction of 23 units to expand Karingal Community in 2008 and an impressive 25 homes within a year, a testament to their incredible work ethic. The growing workload led to the hiring of their first administrative employee and a move into their first official office in 2009.

Throughout the years, RFS Projects took on a wide array of projects, from homes to units and carwashes. They expanded their team, fleet, and services, becoming a highly successful company with a team of 30 dedicated employees. Today, RFS Projects constructs up to 50 homes a year, a testament to their streamlined processes and commitment to excellence.

But their story doesn't end with business success. Roger and Fiona manage it all, from running a thriving business to being devoted parents to their three children. They've not only built a successful company but also a strong and caring environment for their family.

Roger and Fiona, your achievements and hard work are truly commendable, and your reputation on the Northwest Coast is a testament to your dedication. Congratulations on this well-deserved recognition! 🙌
