New build with stylish decor, great location: easy access to town and via Commonage Road to attractions without having to tackle the peak season traffic jams around town but….dangerously close to Simmo’s Icecreamery!! Terrific to have more comfortable ‘big beds’ available than usual, lovely linens. Lots of thoughtful extras included with coffee/tea items and condiments. Great host and great spot for a terrific family holiday

Questions that might pop into your head while walking in Boranup forest:

"How many trees are actually in here?"
"What is it about these trees that makes me feel so relaxed?"
"Wait… was that an emu, or just a really convincing moving bush?" 😟🤨

We’re not entirely sure, but here’s what we do know:

✅ Boranup forest has no shortage of trees. 🌳
✅ Some of its karri trees tower up to 60 metres tall!
✅ The Boranup Forest Loop and Lookout are prime spots to kick off your wander.
✅ You might run into some locals: kangaroos, emus, possums, bandicoots, reptiles, and loads of birds. 🦅

📍 Boranup Forest is a short 15-minute drive from Margaret River town centre.

On a recent trip to Portugal we were able to visit the wineries of the Douro Valley. With centuries of wine making traditions, producing some truly fabulous wines, we reflected on how wonderful it is to also have access to world class vineyards right here on our doorstep.
