TRI STATE DAY SIX 🏃🏽‍♂️🩵

Our final day of Tri State took us to Cape Bridgewater for a day packed with team sports! We kicked things off with some beach frisbee, castle building, bocce, and soccer. The weather was a bit brisk, but we powered through and then made our way to the breathtaking Cape Bridgewater blowholes—what an incredible sight!
Afterward, it was a relaxing afternoon as the ladies treated themselves to some pampering before gala night. Everyone was looking sharp and ready for another night of dancing and amazing company.
As we wrap up another unforgettable year, it’s bittersweet. Excited to head home, but sad to say goodbye to another incredible Tri State experience. Until next year!

TRI STATE DAY FIVE 🏃🏽‍♂️🩵

What a day! The crew headed to Alexandra Park for a full day of action-packed events: running, walking, relays, and field events. Everyone gave it their all and did an amazing job! After the medal presentations, it was time to head back, freshen up, and get ready for the night’s entertainment – an Under the Sea themed party. The costumes were incredible! 🎉

We wrapped up the night with delicious dinner, dancing, and of course, more medals. A late night, but as always, totally worth it! 🏅💃🏽

TRI STATE DAY FOUR 🏃🏽‍♂️🩵

Today was our much-needed rest day, but for the Echuca crew, it was anything but restful! While some might have taken it easy, we were out ticking things off our to-do list—shopping, sightseeing, and catching up on laundry. After all that, we ended the day with a lovely dinner at the Portland Henty Beach Pub, followed by some well-deserved ice cream. The fun didn’t stop there, though—we rounded out the night with a few hilarious rounds of musical chairs and statues. Laughter, silliness, and great memories were made! It was the perfect mix of relaxation and fun.

TRI STATE DAY THREE 🏃🏽‍♂️🩵

Another bright and early start today as we dove into a full day of swimming at the games! 🏊‍♂️🏅 Our athletes did an incredible job, pushing themselves in each race and giving it their all—so proud of everyone!
After a day full of swimming, we headed to the beach for the medal presentations, where the atmosphere was buzzing with excitement. We were also lucky to celebrate a day full of medal wins! 🏆 The fun didn’t stop there, everyone danced to the music by the water, soaking in the good vibes before heading back for a well-deserved dinner of lasagna.
Another unforgettable day! Resting up for more tomorrow!

TRI STATE DAY TWO 🏃🏽‍♂️🩵

What an incredible day! We kicked off bright and early at the parade along the wharf, soaking in the cheers from the Portland crowd as we proudly marched with our banners and sported our new uniforms—huge thanks to our amazing sponsors back in Echuca!

The day continued with the opening ceremony, including a beautiful minute of silence for Remembrance Day. We then dove into a full day of team sports: basketball, quoits, putting, pool, bean bag toss, and more!

With yesterday being the street parade and indoor sports the teams are already off to a great start and having a boat load of fun.
It’s a unique opportunity to showcase so many of our crews abilities, hardwork and sportsmanship. It’s also a wonderful time to meet new people and built new friendships within this wonderful space both for partipants and staff.

Very grateful to be able to share these experiences with our crew year after year.

TRI STATE DAY ONE 🏃🏽‍♂️🩵

What a fantastic start to our week away! We kicked things off with a stop at the stunning lake in Ararat before heading to Portland to unpack and settle in. A beautiful welcoming ceremony at the wharf and a lovely shared dinner with the Swan Hill crew made for a perfect evening. We’re excited for what the rest of the week has in store!

With a variety of shifts on offer we are looking to pair our participants with the right fit in support workers to ensure the most effective level of support is provided.
We have casual hours on offer with the potential to increase into part time hours.
We are looking for an energetic, and positive person who has flexibility to work mornings, evenings and weekends when needed and in accordance to roster rotations.
Weekend and evening availability is a must, need not apply if you do not have at least 1 weekend available per month.
Experience is favourable though definitely not essential as we are offering in house training on work practices and on our participants so all staff feel safe and confident in their shifts.
