It has been a long time coming, but...

I'M BACK!

After almost 3 years of (extended) maternity leave, all my ducks are in a row and I'm ready to get my bake on!

Stay tuned for my NEW business name and official opening next week.

I have a wonderful brand new direction (while still able to cater to the past J Cakes & Bakes style that you love) with an exciting opening special offer and new recipes.

When I have had a chance to bake I have used the last three years to finesse my recipes and improve my skills and I'm so thrilled to share with you the baker/decorator I am now!

Straight out of my brand new kitchen and into your awaiting bellies, GHOST GUM GOURMET CUPCAKERY (page to come) will satisy those sweet tooths!

And look amazing while doing it!
